the down flowing air from the fan eventually made it possible for the fan to lift of its platform and fly 

Magnet powered car

 today we built a magnet powered car. It took forever just to screw in the screws because they were so tiny 

Olympic values animation

we learned about the three Olympic values that are excellence,friendship and respect. These values are shown in most Olympic athletes.I found it really easy to create custom gradients for the skin color of the people I found It challenging to find a way to show the olympic values in my animation.

The Egg Drop Challenge

 We were learning about the infamous Egg Drop challenge and in this challenge you need to try to get the egg into the cup by hitting the plate underneath it.

I found it hard to mentally prepare myself for the fact that I might crack the egg.

I found it easy to actually get the egg into the cup without cracking it.

I enjoyed being able to participate in the Egg Drop Challenge.

the reason this challenge is possible is because of newtons first law of inertia. To attempt this challenge you will need an egg,cardboard toilet paper roll,paper plate and a cup of water.

Stacking m&ms

 we were learning about the art of stone stacking and how hard it really is to stack m&ms

I enjoyed trying to get the coin in the cup.

cold air balloon

 We were learning about endothermic cold air balloon reactions

I observed that when we put the balloon onto the bottle the baking powder that was in the balloon fell into the vinegar that was in the bottle. The out come was a big explosion type thing.

Next time I will try to observe better to come out with a better explanation 

Balloon Rocket

 we were learning about newtons third law being every action has an equal and opposite reaction

we had to make a balloon using a balloon a piece of string,tape and a straw. When we release the balloon, the pressurized air in the balloon pushes against the air around the balloon sending it in the opposite direction down the string.

Milk explosion

 

the milk which has a lot of fat molecules and the soap doesn't and when the bud hits the milk the fat molecules get compeld by the bud and therefor run away.

Lava Lamps

 When you added the tablet (Aspro Clear) piece, it sank to the bottom and started dissolving and creating a gas (carbon dioxide) . As the gas bubbles rose, they took some of the colored water with them. When the blob of water reached the top, the gas escaped and down went the water.

as the water went up the gas escaped therefore the water went back down to the bottom

bath bomb

When a bath bomb comes in contact with water, the baking soda and citric acid react to make carbon dioxide bubbles. This is an acid–base reaction, where baking soda (also called sodium bicarbonate) is a weak base and citric acid is a weak acid.

we had to make a bath bomb using baking soda Epsom salt and citrus acid. we put the bath bomb in the water it started to fizz because of the baking soda Epsom salt and citrus acid

we were learning about making animations

I found it hard to polyline and curveline

we were learning about creating poems 

I found it hard to find the background 

I found it easy to insert word art

next time I will seperate my sentences

What did you see? It did a lot of wheel stands and completely stopped right when it went under shade. 

What obstacles did you observe     It only moved on the bike track because it was smooth rock and not hard rock like the basketball court

What was unexpected? The wheel stands were very unexpected and the reason it only moved on the bike track
